If your item(s) arrive damaged beyond use, please email photos of the original packaging, all outer labels, said damaged goods, and a selfie holding the product to my business email at BITTERSWEETBRUSHES@GMAIL.COM

You have 24 hours from the delivery date to contact me about your damaged item(s).

 I am not responsible for damage to your item after the delivery date (*including scratching, peeling, etc)

*Each hand painted handbag or wearable accessory will come with a care card to instruct you on the proper upkeep for each item.

If your item is LOST/STOLEN:
I am NOT responsible for a lost or stolen package. 

IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE ALL ADDRESS INFORMATION FOR DELIVERY IS ENTERED CORRECTLY UPON ORDERING!
